This vinyl reissue presents the basic form of Bohemias album Zrnko psku, following its earlier CD release with bonus tracks. Bohemia was a genuine Czech supergroup whose members included Jan Kubk, Leek Semelka, Michal Pavlek, Vladimr Guma Kulhnek, Jan Hla and Pavel Trnavsk, musicians and composers who helped save Czech rock from the Communist regime. Their rock-jazz fusion, complemented by five surreal poems and lyrics by Pavel Vrba, remains remarkably vital 46 years after its original release. The albums subsequent limited pressing, following Kubks departure abroad, makes it a valuable document of its era. Joska Skalnks original cover has been carefully redesigned, the tape recording has benefited from the technological possibilities of 2024, and the release includes Ondej Konrds original sleeve note and the complete lyrics. This reissue recalls the second half of the 1970s, when even small grains of hope helped Czech rock endure. The tracklist includes Chr minulch nohou v prchodu Pas, Zti peronnch lstk, Sen o snu, Hork letn stmvn and Milenci ped Pollockovm obrazem.
