Zpisky z pout a cest aneb vymanit se z kadodennosti Jetelinov Miroslava (2026)

This Czech-language travel narrative offers a kind invitation to discover the beauty of Europe and the Middle East. Following her earlier volume, Zpisky z pout (Fltna, 2018), Miroslava Jetelinov once again takes readers to fascinating places, this time in Israel, Cyprus, France, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Lithuania, Jordan, Italy and Romania. The book evokes breathtaking natural beauty, historic monuments from the biblical, ancient and medieval worlds, magnificent Christian churches, and the unique atmosphere of moments when people rise above the concerns of everyday life. In this frame of mind, it is possible to marvel, reflect and experience gratitude. As Jaroslav Duek writes: do not begrudge either time or money when it comes to the happiness of discovering the world.
