This Czech geography textbook for the eighth grade follows modern teaching approaches, with an emphasis on clarity, comprehensibility, logical connections and links between subjects. Its texts are clearly and systematically divided into thematic chapters, each beginning on a new page, and the main material is presented simply with regard to the pupils age. Larger chapters conclude with revision sections. Numerous photographs, illustrations, diagrams and maps help pupils understand the material and orient themselves in real space. The textbook also includes interesting facts in the margins to encourage learning, followed by an index and an answer key for the revision exercises. The contents are in Czech.
