This paperback contains the current texts of 40 legal regulations arranged in four sections: social security contributions, sickness insurance, pension insurance, and the organization and administration of social security. From 2026, all the included acts have undergone changes, with the most significant amendments concerning the Sickness Insurance Act, the Pension Insurance Act, and the Contributions Act. The newly included Act on Mandatory Contributions to Old-Age Savings Products introduces a new obligation for employers. All amendments are incorporated in bold, and references to related regulations are given in full. Some implementing regulations have also been amended. Regulations on pension savings and supplementary pension insurance are included in the separate Complete Texts edition on pension savings. The contents are in Czech.
