This Czech-language book presents 346 templates for legal submissions and contracts, updated in its fourth edition to reflect recent developments in legislation and case law. It follows the approach of JUDr. Milan Holub, a former Supreme Court judge, valued for its clarity and practical focus. The book covers templates relating to property rights, rental housing, co-ownership and obligations, as well as agency-style contracts, documents for various business corporations, lawsuits, objections, appeals and many other legal matters. It also includes inheritance documents, including notarial deeds. The templates offer guidance on meeting statutory requirements and were prepared by judges, lawyers, corporate attorneys, the ombudsman, arbitrators, academics and public administration professionals. Most are accompanied by explanatory notes clarifying their context and further use.
