Vesnick povdky Pittnerov Vlasta (2005)

The stories in this book portray, as is customary in Vlasta Pittnerovs work, the small joys but above all the hardships of poor rural life in the r Highlands. Far from every life story and twist of fate has a happy ending, just as in real life. The poignancy of some stories is mixed with the harshness of peasant life, a condition revived today that may seem incomprehensible to those who have never transformed barren ground into arable soil, but is not necessary at any cost. The contents are in Czech.
