Vbr z dla uhraniv genilnho bsnka – CDmp3

This Czech-language MP3 audiobook presents a selection from the work of Karel Hynek Mcha, including Mj, his lyrical poetry, prose, travel notes and diaries. Mj, Mchas only published book, is presented in three important interpretations from the Supraphon archive, performed by Vclav Voska, Rudolf Hrunsk, Ji and Petr Traxler, Heda Hokov and other distinguished Czech actors, including Frantiek Nmec, Ji Adamra, Tajana Medveck, Marek Eben, Radovan Lukavsk, Petr Haniinec, Otakar Brousek the Elder and Vladimr R. The collection is complemented by new recordings of Mchas travel writings and further poems written outside Mj. They reflect central themes of his work: the transience of life, the fleetingness of youth and disappointed romantic desire.
