V pohod na vod (2026)

Hanka and Jirka can hardly wait for the holidays, especially the week they expect to spend by the sea. Their parents have other plans, however, and the whole family sets off on a canoeing expedition along the Dyje River instead. What seems like a terribly boring summer may turn out differently. In this Czech-language children’s adventure, readers discover a world of sleeping in tents or under the open sky, the smell of campfire sausages and the sound of camp songs. They learn how wild boars can trouble canoeists, what a bow paddler is and how to read the river. The entertaining story is full of sunshine, fun and lessons as the adventure begins.
