Time to Shine Reid Rachel (2026)

From New York Times bestselling author Rachel Reid comes a merry and bright hockey romance about finding your place, finding your people and finding your way back to the person you love most. Landon Stackhouse is excited and terrified when he is called up from the Calgary farm team, even though the backup goalie rarely leaves the bench. A quiet loner who gives off strong dont talk to me vibes, Landon finds that Calgarys superstar young winger, Casey Hicks, is the one player who does not seem to notice. Casey treats him like an old friend, despite their limited past interaction, and when Landon needs somewhere to live besides a hotel room, Casey offers a room in his massive new house. As roommates, Casey refuses to be defeated by Landons one-word answers. As friends, Landon begins to notice Caseys easy smile and sparkling green-blue eyes. Spending the holidays together intensifies their friendship into romance, but as the new year approaches, the countdown to the end of Landons time in Calgary begins.
