Tajemstv posledn noci Sager Riley (2026)

This Czech-language thriller begins with the worst event Hemlock Circle has ever experienced, which takes place in the garden of Ethan Marsh. One July night, ten-year-old Ethan falls asleep with his best friend Billy in a tent pitched on the neatly trimmed lawn of the quiet street. In the morning, Ethan wakes up alone. The tent has been slashed with a knife and Billy has vanished. No one ever sees him again. Thirty years later, Ethan reluctantly returns to his childhood home. He cannot sleep, is tormented by nightmares and begins noticing strange things happening in the middle of the night. Someone wanders the street in the late hours, and signs of Billys presence start appearing in the garden. Is someone playing a cruel joke on Ethan, or has Billy, long presumed dead, returned to Hemlock Circle? The mysterious events force Ethan to discover what really happened that night. His investigation brings him together with former friends and neighbours and leads him into the surrounding woods, where Billy claimed that ghosts wandered and where a mysterious institution conducts secret research on a decaying estate. The closer Ethan gets to the truth, the more he realizes that nowhere is completely safe, neither in the silent forest nor on a suburban street, and that the past can always return like a shadow.
