Syllable Games (teme a peme s Agtou)

This Czech-language set contains sixteen cards in eight groups, arranged progressively according to the letters covered in iv abeceda and using only uppercase printed letters. Each group consists of a picture card and a matching syllable card. The games practise auditory analysis of letters and syllables at the beginning of words, based on the pictures. Matching syllables with pictures supports learning to read each syllable as a whole rather than as individual letters.
