Staroesk pernk Zbrt enk (2020)

This Czech-language cookbook presents a revised edition of enk Zbrts collection of old Czech gingerbread recipes, supplemented with notes. It brings together 170 recipes from historical manuscripts and books for preparing gingerbread, gingerbread sauces known as old Czech reductions, marzipan and other treats. Gingerbread baking is closely associated with childhood memories, Christmas, family and home, from gingerbread hearts and poured gingerbread slices to small decorated gingerbreads.
