Some Like it Cold: A Cosy YA Romance That Will Melt Your Heart McNicoll Elle (2024)

Eighteen-year-old Jasper is returning to her small hometown for the holidays after a long absence, and she is keeping secrets. Arthur, an aspiring filmmaker, is turning Lake Pristine into a story worthy of the big screen, but his plans are disrupted by the return of the towns golden girl, the former antagonist of his school days and someone he has never forgotten. Jasper Montgomery has come back for one reason: to say goodbye. Yet as small-town tensions rise, a brooding film enthusiast begins to look like a very good reason to stay. This cosy young adult romance follows Jasper, an autistic heroine, in a big-hearted story from Elle McNicoll, the bestselling, award-winning author of A Kind of Spark.
