This Czech-language commentary covers the Act on Payment Services after its latest amendments. The legislation regulates the provision of payment services, the liability of providers, the rights of payment service users, the rules for making payments, and electronic money and its security. The Act has been amended several times, with the most extensive amendment to date introduced by Act No. 129/2022 Coll. In 2025, two further amendments brought additional changes, which are incorporated into the commentary.
