Pilot Kakuno Fountain Pen – Panda – Limited Edition

The Panda Limited Edition Kakuno fountain pen brings a playful touch to everyday writing with its charming panda theme and clean black-and-white design. Designed with children and fountain pen beginners in mind, the Kakuno has a triangular grip, making it comfortable and easy to use, even for children. The triangular grip designhelps correct poor pen grip posture, allowing children or beginners to develop correct writing habits from the very beginning of their handwriting practice.

A smiling face on the nib helps guide proper writing orientation, while the hexagonal barrel prevents the pen from rolling when placed on a desk.

The name Kakuno is pronounced the same as the Japanese words , meaning to write, and 6, meaning six angles, a nod to the pens distinctive hexagonal shape and its friendly, approachable design.
