Petr Modlitba s vodnm slovem Vladimra Prokopa Modlitba Petr (2020)

Following Zdenk Burian, Petr Modlitba is another exceptional artist capable of reconstructing the prehistoric world with extraordinary accuracy. In many cases, in terms of fidelity and atmosphere, his finished paintings even exceed expectations. Martin Kok, one of the leading experts at the Institute of Geology and Palaeontology of the Faculty of Science at Charles University, describes the paintings as perfect reconstructions of the prehistoric world based on the latest scientific research and knowledge. This book presents the artists work to date more extensively than ever before and does not focus solely on his principal artistic activity, palaeoreconstruction. It also offers readers a glimpse into his studio and shows his excursions into the realms of adventure illustration, portraiture and so-called free art. The contents are in Czech.
