Osudn sub (slovensky) Marsonsov Angela (2025)

This Slovak-language crime novel follows Inspector Kim Stone and her team as they slowly recover from the tragic loss of a colleague and are assigned a new case. A doctor, Gordon Cordell, is brutally murdered in a local forest. He was connected to an earlier case at an elite school and had a complicated past, but who would want him dead? Soon Gordons son is also in danger, fighting for his life after a horrific car accident. Kim is certain it was no coincidence. Then a dead woman is found in suspicious circumstances, and a disturbing connection between the victims and Russells Hall Hospital, where Gordon worked, emerges. Kim and her team are clearly facing one of the most dangerous serial killers they have ever encountered. Can the experienced inspector keep her team together and find the killer before there is another victim?
