Old-Fashioned Cupcake Sagan Sagan (2023)

This manga follows an unexpected MayDecember romance that begins with a visit to a pancake shop and brings new life to the monotonous routine of an older salaryman. At 39, Nozue leads a routine, somewhat melancholic life revolving around sleep and work. His blunt younger subordinate, Togawa, is troubled by this and decides to shake up Nozue’s daily life. During a lunch outing, the two visit a pancake shop filled with exuberant young women to do what girls do, and the experience is just what Nozue needs to feel more alive. The two men begin an unlikely friendship, and perhaps something a little sweeter.
