Nenvrat (2026)

This Czech-language poetry book explores the bittersweet and beautiful power of naming, which can also end tragically. What has no name does not exist. We suffer from the need to be addressed and recognized by others in our difference, and to recognize ourselves in others through our similarities. But what happens when this is impossible even within the closest family circle? Can we tell our story without hope of being understood? Can we tear out our roots and remain whole? Once we leave, there is no going back, only returning. We may leave as many times as we wish, but they are still waiting for us.
