Na vaen nudli – CD

This CD presents Nerezs second album, Na vaen nudli, originally released in 1988 and highly regarded for both its musical content and Michal Cihls distinctive cover design. Zuzana Navarov, Vt Szavsk, Zdenk Vel and Vladimr Vytiska offer a more fully arranged, modern and folk-influenced collection than their concert performances and debut album. Framed by Stemhlav, the record combines Nerezs unmistakable singing and poetic lyrics with numerous guest musicians, drawing on folk-song inspiration as well as boldly electrified arrangements. This edition also revisits and creatively develops the original artwork, adding a previously unrealised title and other special features. Careful treatment of the vinyl and CD sound gives owners of the original LP an opportunity to compare the earlier and current versions. The music includes Naboso, ern voda, Duiky, Yburan omayp and seven other small gems. The tracklist is Stemhlav I., Na vaen nudli, Koi hlavy, Naboso, ern voda, Naerno, Duiky, Naruby, Yburan omayp, O samot and Stemhlav II.
