Morvkova zpov – Vm v Boha a ve sv pistole – audioknihovna

This audiobook tells the story of resistance fighter Vclav Morvek, the Prague Gestapo’s arch-enemy and one of the most wanted men in German-occupied Europe. The gripping story does not end, as might be expected, with the hero’s death, but continues until the end of the 1950s. Although presented as a highly readable and suspenseful novel, the narrative is firmly grounded in exact historical sources and extensive notes. Many of the facts, findings and discoveries presented here appear for the first time. Historian and writer Jaroslav vanara and the leading contemporary expert on Morvek, Ji Koa, also contributed to the book. The Czech recording features Ondej Vetch, Ji Dvok and Luk Hlavica, directed by Vlado Rusko.
