Men in Love Welsh Irvine (2025)

Opening in the late 1980s as rave culture emerges and continuing into the 1990s, this novel reunites the Trainspotting crew for a riotous journey through Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam and Paris. Renton, Spud, Sick Boy and Begbie leave heroin behind and seek joy and possible redemption on the dance floor, filling their days with sex, romance and attempts to get ahead in the final years of Thatchers Britain. Their journey leads towards Sick Boys wedding day, but whether falling in love offers the answer or becomes another doomed quest remains uncertain.
