This Czech-language mathematics textbook for the sixth year of primary school is part of a series prepared according to the Framework Education Programme. It covers decimal numbers, including comparison, rounding, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, as well as divisibility of natural numbers, the greatest common divisor and the least common multiple. The updated exercises include practical situations involving shopping payments and prices. A range of tasks shows the importance of mathematical knowledge in everyday life and encourages pupils to complete different assignments and seek information. The book places greater emphasis on non-standard application tasks and problems, including the development of geometric imagination and combinatorics.
