This Czech-language second part of a two-part mathematics workbook follows smoothly on from first-year mathematics. It combines learning with entertaining topics, develops logical and critical thinking, and encourages children to observe and experiment for themselves. The material gives teachers reliable teaching support while leaving enough room to adapt classroom work to current needs. Together, the two parts cover natural numbers up to 100, reading and writing numbers in the decimal system, the relationships <, > and =, orientation on the number line, addition and subtraction up to 100, the multiplication tables from 2 to 5, word problems, tables, sequences, logical series, simple practical dependencies, telling the time, basic units of mass and volume, spatial orientation, plane and solid shapes, movement on a square grid, drawing points and line segments, line lengths and units, and the terms quadrilateral, pentagon and polygon. A methodological guide is available for free download.
