Martin Dejdar – Jedu nonstop na horsk drze Dejdar Martin (2025)

This Czech-language biography presents actor and athlete Martin Dejdars story of childhood between strict upbringing and wild ideas, the courage to try the impossible, and the crossroads that shaped his family. He sums up his life in one sentence: Im riding a roller coaster nonstop. Speaking openly and without restraint, Dejdar takes readers behind the scenes of his life, from childhood in Chrast and his first student performances to filming cult movies such as akal lta, Amerika and Uitel tance. In interviews full of perspective and self-irony, he describes his journey from a boy with big dreams to one of the most distinctive figures in Czech culture, including his falls, victories and what it means to persevere. He also discusses key moments in Czech pop culture, including Comeback, Mrazk na led and Posledn sezna, and shares backstage stories found nowhere else, all with his characteristic humour, which can be both sharp and kind.
