Marble Hall Murders Horowitz Anthony (2025)

Susan Ryeland has had enough of murder. After editing two novels about the famous detective Atticus Pund and nearly being killed both times, she returns to England and is persuaded to work on a third. The new continuation novel is written by Eliot Crace, grandson of Miriam Crace, the worlds biggest-selling childrens author until her death exactly twenty years ago. Eliot believes Miriam was deliberately poisoned and has hidden the identity of her killer inside his book. As Susan edits Punds Last Case, set in an exotic villa in the south of France, she discovers increasingly troubling parallels between past and present, and between fiction and reality. Soon she becomes a target herself. Someone in Eliots family does not want the book to be written and will do anything to stop it.
