Manul lexikografie

This Czech-language manual is a collective work by leading specialists in individual areas of Czech lexicography. Rather than attempting an exhaustive analysis of a particular branch of lexicography or providing detailed instructions for compiling specific types of dictionaries, the authors draw on their knowledge and experience to identify what is essential and specific to each area of lexicographical work, the criteria and principles applied today, and the challenges, trends and prospects for further development, with reference to the theory and practice of lexicography worldwide.
