Malovan ten: Co vechno maluje slunce Havel Ji (2019)

This Czech-language picture-assisted reading book contains rhymes and short humorous stories in which selected words are replaced by cheerful pictures. Children can have fun working out which words belong in place of the images, while developing their vocabulary and early reading skills. The book asks where the sun gets the colours for its painting and follows it as it emerges from beneath the covers, draws black shadows, and scatters silver over the dew for the sparrows and blackbirds. Suitable for children from five years of age.
