Eighteen years later, Cat works as a detective in the murder division, and her latest case concerns Alice, a murdered woman found near the pub run by Cats father. Could Alices case be connected to Maryannes disappearance? Cat begins to investigate, but when you delve into the past, you may not like what you uncover.
