Lid plnuj, Bh se smje – Kdy se ivot nevyvj podle vaich pedstav Hirsch Sherre (2018)

In ten chapters, a New York rabbi movingly, convincingly and humorously uses many examples from her own experience to recount her journey toward God, humility and acceptance of every aspect of life. The answer lies in finding the divine spark, meaning Gods purpose within oneself, and keeping it alive. The book also offers an authentic portrayal of the world inhabited by New Yorks Jews, along with short, entertaining stories about Hasidic sages. Its ten chapters explore the inner development of a person affected by unpredictable life events, the movement toward an honest life, the creation of a partnership with God, the discovery of a broader meaning in lifes events and the doubts connected with it. The book is in Czech.
