Lady detektiv Jankov Viola (2026)

There are few good detectives, and even fewer women who pursue the profession, but Fiola Fenomenov is exceptional in every respect. Her seemingly ordinary new case involving murders in a small town develops into a complicated investigation. Fiola is on the trail of a dangerous gang led by the cunning Madam E. The inquiry is made more difficult by the incompetent local police, while Fiola must also look after her colleagues sixteen-year-old daughter, Virginia. Personal troubles weigh on the young, principled woman as well, and alongside the criminals she is searching above all for light in her own life. The contents are in Czech.
