koda Popular a Rapid – historie, vvoj, technika, sport Tuek Jan (2011)

This Czech-language book offers a detailed history of the koda Popular and Rapid automobiles from the 1930s and 1940s, recalling both well-known and nearly forgotten models in words and pictures. The compact, affordably priced Popular helped koda gain a leading position in the domestic passenger-car market and became a profitable export product. Popular and its more powerful sibling, Rapid, underwent numerous stylistic changes and technical improvements and made an important contribution to the development of motorisation in pre-war Czechoslovakia.
