Kle od rje Fous (2026)

This Czech poetry collection is a handmade work in the truest sense. Fous, already known to Czech readers from the collection Daisies, presents a book of an exceptional form in which every poem and illustration is written and drawn by hand. Scanned from the original manuscripts, the pages stand at the boundary between literature and visual art. The poems are poetic and gently mystical, touching the deepest layers of the subconscious, capturing the purest moments of the present and finding beauty in everyday activities and the flow of life. Fous, a musician who plays the harmonica and ukulele, brings the same sensitivity and immediacy to his writing that he knows from live music. These are not merely poems, but original artefacts captured on paper. The contents are in Czech.
