Karel Kapak (2021)

This book presents Karel Kapak (18991968), a significant figure in Czech interwar photography of the 1930s. Among other roles, Kapak was a member of the Czech Club of Amateur Photographers in Olomouc, and his work focused on social documentary photography as well as experimental and avant-garde photography. The books textual and visual sections draw on the authors extensive archival collection preserved in the photographic collection of the Olomouc Museum of Art.
