This childrens atlas, in Czech, lets insects tell their own story as they introduce their world, development, behaviour and relationship with people. It presents 122 species living in the Czech countryside, includes pictograms for easier orientation and offers a bonus section about creatures that are not insects. Hand-painted illustrations show the insects in all their beauty. The atlas is created with expert assistance from the Czech Entomological Society for young explorers and their adult guides.
