Jako pes – CD

The second album by Letn kapela, led by singer and artist Jaromr vejdk, draws on his long experience with Priessnitz, Umakart, Kafka Band and his collaboration with Vclav Neck. The band grew out of informal sessions around the campfire in the Jesenk region and the Rychleby Mountains before developing its own repertoire, which appeared on its well-received debut album in 2022. On Jako pes, the group delivers more developed arrangements, tight musicianship, excellent sound and vejdks distinctive performance style, presenting often unhappy but always genuine themes. Duan Neuwerth, vejdks longtime musical companion and friend, once again plays a key role as producer. The album includes the songs Jako pes, Pn, Nmst svobody, Pod kamenem, Problm, Non jzda, Venkov, Tak jako j, Sp and Na pt koleji.
