Interesting Math for Third Graders

Designed for third-year primary school pupils, this mathematics workbook strengthens the practical application of mathematical knowledge through engaging activities. Its 64 colourful pages contain exercises that do not fit into a standard textbook, testing both the ability to work with abstract elements and the ability to apply mathematical knowledge to the world around us. Tasks include shopping, counting objects in everyday surroundings and finding geometric shapes in the natural environment, giving children opportunities to make their own observations. The workbook supports the development of the expected learning outcomes and key competencies according to the Czech Framework Educational Programme.
