Imodium return with Horizont, their sixth studio album, released after a seven-year break following Element and several years away from the stage. During the bands hibernation, founding drummer Krl departed and was replaced by experienced drummer Adam Jnok, formerly of Ready Kirken, The Atavists and Labe, who recorded most of the album and contributed as a songwriter. The current line-up is Thom on vocals and guitar, Daniel Franc on guitars and backing vocals, Ronoon on bass and backing vocals, and Adam Jnok on drums. The band marked its comeback with its biggest solo concert at Forum Karln, celebrating 20 years of Imodium, and now returns with ten rock songs featuring a modern sound, strong melodies and memorable choruses supported by Thoms convincing vocal performance. The album is not a sonic monolith: its songs range from intense anger to relaxed moods, while constant energy and distinctive guitar sound remain their defining traits. The music is a collective work by the band, with lyrics mostly written by Thom; Luk Dvoek co-wrote two songs, while Adam Jnok wrote Nkdo se dv and 60 minut.
