Hol a trapn dchn – CDmp3

This Czech-language audiobook presents 43 short, autobiographical pieces read by actor and comedian Ludk Sobota. In memories prompted by his encounter with holotropic breathing, he recalls childhood, school and university, theatre and film, and the present day. His stories and commentary bring smiles and prolonged laughter, though the laughter sometimes turns bitter as Sobota candidly and uncompromisingly reveals everything life has brought him. The bonus recording includes his thanks, a sketch with his beloved wife Adriena, and a song. Unabridged.
