Girlcrush Given Florence (2023)

Girlcrush is a dark feminist retelling of Jekyll and Hyde. In Florence Givens debut novel, Eartha begins life as an openly bisexual woman while becoming a viral sensation on Wonderland, a social media app where people project their dream selves online. As the distance between her online and offline identities grows, something dark happens and leads her into total self-destruction. Eartha must then decide which version of herself to kill off. This funny, filthy and furious exploration of sexuality, identity and societys expectations is a page-turning story with a message. The book includes storylines that some readers may find triggering. The contents are in English.
