Frankenstein Shelley Mary (2019)

This edition of Mary Shelleys Gothic horror classic includes a cultural history of Frankensteins monster by Jeanette Winterson. While navigating the Arctic, a ships captain rescues a man wandering near death across the ice. The mans story reveals ambition, murder and revenge. As a young scientist, Victor Frankenstein pushes moral boundaries in an attempt to create life, but his creation is a monster assembled from body parts taken from graves, with no place in the world and an existence that can lead only to tragedy.
