Finn Family Moomintroll: 75th Anniversary Edition Janssonov Tove (2023)

This 75th-anniversary edition of Finn Family Moomintroll is soon to become Moominvalley, a major animated series on Sky One starring Taron Egerton and Rosamund Pike. Although Moomins are small, fat and shy creatures, they have the most amazing adventures. It all begins when Moominpappa tries on a magic hat that makes exciting and funny things happen. Tove Janssons beloved classic is a must-read for children and adults alike, set in a beautifully strange world exquisitely illustrated. She created her first Moomin in the 1930s, and he became a character in a childrens story in 1945. Her Moomin books began with The Moomins and the Great Flood, followed by Comet in Moominland and Finn Family Moomintroll. Tove Jansson received many prestigious awards during her lifetime, including the international Hans Christian Andersen Medal. She died in 2001, aged 87.
