Dixit: Odyssey

Dixit: Odyssey is a standalone edition of the Dixit game and can also be combined with other games in the series. In each round, one player becomes the storyteller, chooses an illustrated card and gives a clue in the form of a word, sentence or song. The other players select cards that best match the clue, all the cards are shuffled and revealed, and everyone secretly votes for the storytellers card. The storyteller must give a clever enough clue: if everyone guesses correctly, no points are awarded, while the other players score by finding the right card and attracting votes for their own choices. The game ends when one or more players reach at least 30 points. Simple rules make it suitable for players of different ages, while the imaginative stories and pictures encourage childrens creativity. This edition is playable by 3 to 12 players, lasts about 30 minutes and includes 84 illustrated cards, voting boards and tokens, wooden rabbit figures, a scoring board, and Czech and Slovak rules. Dixit: Odyssey is playable on its own, without the original Dixit or any other expansion.
