Dark Imperium Haley Guy (2022)

The first book in the Dark Imperium Trilogy is set in a galaxy suffering through terrible times. Cadia has fallen beneath the onslaught of Chaos, while a Great Rift in the warp has opened and unleashed daemons and the horrors of Old Night. Yet hope remains: a long-absent hero has returned, and Roboute Guilliman leads the reborn Ultramarines in a crusade on a scale unseen since the Emperors legendary days. The forces of Ruin have never been so numerous, however, and nowhere is safe from destruction. From the dreaded Scourge Stars come the hordes of the Plaguefather, Lord Nurgle, whose diseased attention is fixed on Macragge. As the Indomitus Crusade rages, Guilliman races to Ultramar to face the Death Guard.
