Cesta vzpomnkami – Aktivizace senior Mudrov Hana (2025)

Longer life expectancy makes it increasingly important to extend the active stage of life as well. Seniors therefore need not only medical and material care, but also activities and programmes that improve their quality of life and maintain mental alertness. Drawing on her experience in a residential care facility for seniors and on the needs of clients in the community, Hana Mudrov seeks to inspire and guide carers as well as those working with groups of seniors outside social care facilities, including civic associations, community centres and libraries. Through practical examples, she demonstrates how suitable activities can slow the decline of physical and mental abilities, and sometimes even reverse resignation and bring about an overall improvement.
