Bloops

Bloops is a fast-paced card game of numbers and hidden information. Players begin by memorising three cards, then try to get rid of as many cards as possible while keeping track of their own cards and watching their opponents. Cards can be captured and exchanged, while special effects create unexpected changes and tactical opportunities. Cards may be swapped, moved or revealed, and players can even discard cards outside their own turn, keeping everyone involved throughout the game. Mistakes bring penalties, so concentration is essential, while the constantly changing information puts memory and quick decision-making to the test. The winner is the player with the lowest score. Simple rules make Bloops easy to explain and quick for new players to join, while the exchanges, effects and hidden information ensure that no two games feel quite the same. The game is for 25 players and takes about 10 minutes.
