Avantgarda a iluze Npravnk Milan (2026)

This book by Milan Npravnk brings together a selection of the authors studies, essays and other texts examining the history of the left-wing cultural avant-garde and, more broadly, the relationship between surrealism and modern political ideologies. The thoroughness of the analyses and the polemical nature of Npravnks perspective place the volume alongside such significant testimonies as those once provided by Milovan ilas, or in the Czech context, Karel Teige and Zvi Kalandra. Milan Npravnk (19312017) was a Czech surrealist poet, essayist, dramaturge, radio-play writer, painter, photographer and sculptor. The book is in Czech.
