Anika malka (2026)

Little Anika loves painting above all else. One day she paints a large yellow cat, which suddenly comes to life, blinks at the astonished girl and asks where it will live. Anika adds a house with a window so the cat can look outside, a chimney so it can keep warm, and a garden where her four-legged friend can run around. Thus begins a great adventure full of surprises, magic and fun. This Czech-language book, illustrated in colour by the popular illustrator Helena Zmatlkov, is suitable both for reading aloud and for children practising independent reading.
