Aero 15/123 L-29 Delfn – 1.dl Irra Miroslav (2025)

For most people, the word dolphin evokes an intelligent, friendly-looking cetacean that appears cheerful and perpetually smiling. For former military pilots and aviation enthusiasts, however, it unmistakably refers to the Aero L-29 Dolphin jet trainer, whose graceful, elegant lines truly suggest the popular marine mammal. In local conditions, this aircraft holds an unrivalled record for the number of machines produced: by the end of production in 1973, a total of 3,665 aircraft of this type had been built, a world record in this category. This Czech-language publication presents the aircraft in full colour, with numerous colour photographs, detail views, historical black-and-white photographs and colour side profiles.
