Martyr Ryan Anthony (2023)

Times have changed for Alwyn Scribe. Once an outlaw, he is now a spymaster and sworn protector of Lady Evadine Courlain, whose visions of a demonic apocalypse have earned her the fanatical devotion of the faithful. Her growing fame brings her into conflict with both Crown and Covenant, each eager to exploit her position as trouble brews in the kingdom. Sent to the Duchy of Alundia to suppress a rebellion, Alwyn must draw on his old instincts to fight for his new cause. As war erupts, deadly feuds and ancient secrets are revealed, and the fate of the Kingdom of Albermaine hangs in the balance. The conflict may even prevent the prophesied Second Scourge. The Martyr is the sequel to The Pariah and continues Anthony Ryans gripping fantasy epic.
